TUSA DIS TICARET A.S.

TUSA is a producer of cotton fabric, cotton yarn and denim fabrics in Kahramanmaraş/Turkey since 1996. Our productions continue in 85.000 meters square closed area. Our group has two spinning mills, one weaving mill and a denim fabric production mill. As a woven fabric producer Tusa Tekstil has 1.8 million meters monthly production capacity with a wide range of products produced by using various types of yarn of cotton polyester, bamboo and tencel, viscon, spandex varying from satin, gabardine, poplin, ottoman, ribs, canvas groups etc… types of woven fabrics with special designs to customer requirements as well as yarn dyed fabrics. Our looms have been recently renewed with 2011-2012 and 2013 model Picanol Optimax machines. Additionally our production quality is guaranteed with ISO 9001 certificate and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification. Tüsa Denim Fabric production mill has been established in Bartın. Denim mill has a million meter warp dying capacity with a monthly denim fabric production of 750.000 meters. It has an indigo range from Sucker Miller 2004 model year. Also its looms are 2013 model Picanol Optimax. As a part of Tüsa Group our Denim fabric production mill uses yarns from its own spinning mills. With on-going investments the production monthly capacity will be 1.5 million at the end of the 2013. Tusa has two spinning mills, Minateks Ring spinning mill and Tüsa Mensucat Open-end spinning mill. The facilities produce 100% cotton open-end(for both weaving and knitting), ring carded, ring combed (for both weaving and knitting), ring compact, corespan and slub. Our productions are: Open-end yarn in the range of NE 6/1 – 36/1 Carded yarn in the range of NE 6 – 26 Combed yarn in the range of NE 6/1 – 40/1 Compact yarn in the range of NE 20/1 – 60/1 Our showroom is in Merter, Istanbul where all selections, sampling and bulk orders are made including sales and finance.
